what low profile light bar for TJ?

Looking for a low profile light bar that doesn't stick more than 2-3 inches higher than the header/windshield frame (for clearance issue into my carport & for carrying my paddleboards-see below for my idea)

Here is my plan...to attach a light bar (without lights) to my LJ/TJ so I can slip a surf rack pad on it to carry paddleboards when I have my soft top up. It's too hot down here in FL during summers and strong thunderstorms to run with the top down. I'm thinking this route because I need to get the board lifted up as the middle soft top bow is about 2-3in higher than the front header bar/windshield frame and my 2nd tie down point is behind that soft top bow.

Without the top on is easy but looking for a remedy during those other 6mos.

I'm trying to keep pressure off the soft top bow and the top itself. Some of the boards range from 10-14' race boards as I manage a paddleboard shop.
