Will these be what im looking forn

Doing a search on google for better headlights brought me to these

http://www.roadrunneroffroad.com.au/...-low-beam.html

Will these work on my jk. It says it has an ac ballast which I never heard of before.
and I keep reading stories where people get poop quality when replacing stock globes with hid ones.
I just want to get a good light quality on lo beam mostly since iv got spottys when highs are on. I'm on a fairly tight budget ATM as well.

If anyone knows of another good kit I can get in aus for under $200 that would be great as well

That's a tough call. I just returned a new set of HIDs and replaced them with led headlights. Lots of reasons not to put HIDs in a halogen reflector but I won't hassle you for doing it.

Read my thread here. Not long winded but explains why I scrapped HIDs.
HID kit woes

At any rate 35 watt HIDs are just as bright as 55 watt ones.
