Are these having the same issue of having the LEDs pointing in the 10 and 4 position like lifetime led does?

From the light picture it seems like it does seeing that the light shines over to the left.

Nope. The h13s did, the h4s do not. It's the same basic bulb structure, but the low/ high beams are at 12/6. If it's shading left, it's more of an aiming issue on my part.

Interesting.

Do you have the specifics (price, link, etc.) on the housings you bought to replace the stock ones?

I got them from the folks at wurx, but I would think these would work fine with any h4 housings

I don't see why it wouldn't. Give jake at wurx a call if you have any questions. 239.595.9459

They were really good to deal with and helped me out with the problems I was having with the h13s, then the move to the h4s

Great, thanks!

Not sure if you've seen the thread about the Lifetime LED headlights or not, but we're trying to figure out the 12/6 positioning of the LED. (Lifetime LED h13 lights installed.)

Since many have already bought the H13 from Lifetime, I was wondering if exchanging the H13's for H4's and picking up a set of e-code housings would be an easier solution to the entire situation.

Really appreciate your help!

Maybe my Google skills aren't working, but I can't seem to find Cibie or Bosch e-codes.

Have any suggestions where to look?

So do these suffer from the same issue as the LifetimeLED ones ? The problem of not having a sufficient highbeam? even though the 12/6 issue is fixed on these ?

Thx

Yeah, the high beams are pretty tame. Doesn't bug me too much because I don't use the highs much and if I need them I've got some aux lights

Thanks!

I remember reading his site at some point and for the life of me, couldn't remember his name! LOL!!

Think I'm going to pick up a set of E-codes and try the Lifetime LED's in them.

Appreciate the help!
