1962 Ford M151 (Sweeny TX)

Hey guys, wanted to give you a heads up of a 1962 Ford M151 that is for sale.

The father of a close friend of mine from college has in his barn a 1962 Ford M151 with the horizontal grill that he is looking to sell. I wont have much detail as to the actual vehicle and whatnot until tomorrow (Sunday 25-Oct)

From what she tells me, the vehicle runs as they do take it around their property a couple times a year to give it some exercise. The interior is in good condition, just needs to be cleaned (granted its been in a barn for years) but that the paint is not the original paint job. (However I'm sure the person who buys it will turn it into a project and give it a shiny coat of paint)

Like I said, tomorrow I will be heading down there with some friends to spend some time on their property, I will take pictures and get more information on it and make another post then.

They are looking to sell it, Her dad isn't actively looking for a buyer and my friend suggested that I try to find a buyer for them. Basically, if you're serious about purchasing it, I can get you in touch with them and they will talk price and transportation and whatnot with you.

I guess these guys are pretty rare, their ballpark price is a pretty good steal, but I dare not say it to make the price "set in stone". Like I said, I'll put you in touch with them and you can work it out from there.

Serious Inquiries Only. The vehicle will require some work and that being said, it will only be sold to buyers who plan on making it road/offroad worthy. It's not for driving on freeways (in its current form) so to reiterate, SERIOUS buyers only. If you think you're one of them, PM me and we will go from there.
