1998 Wrangler 5.7 Hemi

1998 tj wrangler 5.7L V-8 Hemi for sale
60k on the body
50k on the motor
VERY MINT CONDITION
0 problems
I traded the guy that made it for my dodge cummins because it was original and worth more then anyone wanted to give me for the cummins, so that is why I have it. I am only trying to sell it because I am really not a jeep girl. I drive trucks. I have always taken care of it and kept it spotless. Oil just changed about 1 month ago. Tires have at least 95% tread on. I would say it has at least a 4" lift with 35's on. The whole underneath is spotless. It was taken off the frame and the body underneath was rhino lined. The frame was sanded and painted black. It does 13 seconds in a quarter mile, so if you want something original, something fast, and something that you are going to win trophies + possibly money with, this is it! I am asking $20,000. Sorry i guess the pics i had where too big, it wouldn't upload. If you do not text and want pics email me: allison.kyliehood@yahoo.com. I will also be at the Jeep show in York, PA trying to sell it, so if you are interested in it and you live far away, but are coming to that I can bring the title and we can do it that way.

please text allison if you are interested

ok...... thats fine you can think what you want. I found the same jeep with a 4 cyl in it for $13,000. that had 160k on it and I have found a few others right around that price too. If you think about it doing the whole conversion costs over $40,000 the right way. There are people out there dying to have a jeep with a v8 in. I have already had a lot of people tell me that $20,000 is a great price for it. Please look around before you tell me what I can and can't get for my jeep. There is a 2007 for sale on here for $60,000. I can buy a brand new f550 dually for that much. The whole computer was redone in mine so everything would match with the motor. It was not a back yard thrown together mess. Please if you do not want to buy it don't try and tell me it's only worth $5000.

A normal TJ like that is worth 9K ish. The Hemi swap, if well done, could probably double that. I would rather buy this TJ than a new JK. You see newer low miles TJ/LJ rubis for 18-20K+ all the time. Jeep market is still booming up here.

Yes. This is a for sale thread. Keep your opinions out of it, I am sure the OP doesn't want to hear. She's trying to sell something, meanwhile your posting that it isn't worth that much. If you really feel the need to inform her of your opinion, message her.

Goodluck with your sale!

+1 except I got mine already and I paid more than the asking here, and it was from a relative... If this has slips at 13-14 seconds, it's probably done right, because otherwise, it would have left parts all over the place.

Good luck w/ the sale!

Lol if u came an just saw the motor you could see it ws done right. Its very very clean an the wires are all in kinda like a holder thing so they all lay nice and flat an so it looks good not a thrown together mess. I was scared when i traded the guy for my cummins because i wasnt sure if it was done the right way but as soon as the guy popped the hood an i saw how much time he spent under there it was a done deal. What year is yours?? An how many miles??

It was a JOKE based on the ridiculous trade offers you have gotten. Are you one of those people with no sense of humor? Or it just went over your head?

You're probably never going to sell anything being so combative. Maybe you should ask them to retire this thread and try again when you can be respectful to other members, even if they make a joke or an offer you're not interested in.

I really hope you sell this as its a sweet upgrade to a great Jeep, but I hate to see you pretty much ruin all chances of getting it sold here...
