You sold 5 2013 Rubicon Wheels and BF Goodrich mud terrain tires with TPMS sensors for $400???? With less than 800 miles on them?? WOW somebody got a heck of a deal. These wheels alone cost $1200. I need to start buying from you!!

Well I guess this will be the last time I try to sell something on here. Thanks guys. Not what I expected.

The tire shop offered me $1300 so I thought I would put them on here with a OBO and sell them to somebody who didn't want to buy them from a marked up tire shop.

I guess I learned my lesson.

As mentioned before, it's not what they cost its what someone is willing to pay. Search the for sale archives and you will see what they are selling for. I would jump all over the $1300 you were offered for yours.

My wife saw them sitting on the porch and wanted them on her 11 Grand Cherokee. It has a leveling kit on there and they fit. Looks awesome. Crags list was hitting at $1100, only had it on there for 2 days. Dont need the money that bad. I can put them to use here on the homestead which has a lot more value. It would cost me a grand to put new tires on her car so its a win win.
It is astounding to me the trolls who just post on classifieds to tell you your stuff is ugly, when they are trying to hock there own junk one thread down. All sorts on here, lol. I guess I'll stay out of the classifieds, the jeep community was different when I had my last jeep, I'm lucky to get a wave on the road anymore.

Later!

Gringo loco,

Retail

5 Rubicon wheels @$268 = $1340
5 Rubicon tires @$264 = $1320
forget about sensors, mounting and balancing.

$2660

I dont believe I was offering retail. I was told to sell them for 1600-1800 by the tire guys, I took off that price and put them for 1500 which is a little over half price. I stated OBO which I thought meant "or best offer".

My ugly wheels look much better on my wife's Jeep which needed new tires.
I dont cruise classifieds so I dont know what the going rate for stuff is. I would have just said make me an offer but I read the instructions in the sticky which said to state a price and post a picture.

Thanks for the input, sorry if my prices offended you, not here to rip people off. I could care less about the money, just thought I would offer them up.

Lupac,

I don't consider myself uptight, I just didn't think it was common practice to go into someones classified thread and bash their item for no reason when you are tying to sell similar items. Am I wrong? Is this what we do in the jeep community now?
