Dana 35 Diff Cover

stock prefered but aftermarket if its cheap enough. i have a friend from school who lives in Zionsville, IN (just outside of indy).
he blew up his rear end and output shaft 2 weeks ago. new parts came in and he just called to tell me he found a crack in his diff cover...

itd be nice if you live somewhat close to him so it'll ship fast. school starts Jan 12 so he only has a few days

I'd J-B Weld it, blue Perma-tex would work.

A weld should hold that just fine. It is not under any type of constant stress and the only time the weld would really be "tested" is if he smacks on something off road (assuming he wheels). Hope it works out for him.

yea that was his reasoning too.
he made it through the badlands last year with nothing, and here this goes and happens
ill get him to go again this year, he put in an SYE(he snapped his output shaft) along with a trulock(LS) so i know hes gonna want to test it out!

Thats the reason I have so many trips planned for the summer. My new axles will need to be throughly "tested out".
