Five 37" Nitto Trail Grapplers 7000 miles, TN

I have a set of 5 37" Nitto Trail Grapplers for sale with only 7000 miles on them. The spare was rotated in. Selling for $1450.
I will take pics and post them, I just do not have time tonight. I assure you they are not very worn at all what wear there is, is very even with LOTS of tread and life left. I am in the Nashville TN area.

Was going to run both sets, one regularly and one to wheel or if I just felt like a change up to mix up mileage and lengthen the life of both sets, so that I'd not have to buy tires for awhile. Now, My new Rubi is no longer going to be a Daily Driver, have a car to drive the 75 mile round trip to the office, so no need for that plan anymore. I'll only be putting about 500 miles/month tops, kicking around on weekends and trips in it. I'm either keeping these or the MTR's and selling the other. Thought I'd see about selling these first. If no one wants them then I'll sell the new kevlars, They came off a local guys who had them on a sport who broke axle and went back to 33" kevlars.

I would be interested in the MTRs. Are they the same size?

Sold what I needed to sell.

Question: What do I need in order to run these 37's? I already have a 2.5" lift kit installed. I want to run these safely since my family rides with me from time to time.

Thanks again.

Tell us more about what lift, wheels, spacers or not, axles, stock flares or flats or cut trimmed stockers, gears, etc.

Rough Country 2.5" lift kit, stock fenders & Dana 30 front axles, no wheel spacers, and 3.21 gearing.
I'm going to regear to 5.13 soon, though.

What backspacing are your wheels? You will need spacers if you plan on stock wheels. If not I'd say you will need at least 4.75" or 4.5" of backspacing on your new wheels. Your prob gonna want to at least gusset your front axles. May want to trim stock flares, may not. 2.5" of lift will get you some clearance but off-road you will prob rub some at full stuff. On road only you may be ok. Regearing to 5.13 will help, what do you have, the 3.8 or the pentastar? There are other things you could do that would be more "ideal" but I'd say at a minimum you'd need the above stuff. Someone may chime in with more suggestions for the minimum of "safely" running these.

Aftermarket 17" wheels with a 12.50 offset now and will be putting on 1.5" wheel spacers soon. It's a 2012 so it's also a 3.6L Pentastar.

Looks like you should be good then. So, you want these? I saw you are in Bama.... Let me know, I am headed out of town to Chicago on Saturday and have a buyer wanting me to bring them to him in Indiana on the way up from nashville. He hasn't agreed on the $1450 though as he is at $1350 so they are yours if you want them before I go. He knows he has to have the other $100 and he has acknowledged it but first come first serve if you want them before I go and make the deal. I'd rather not carry them up there but will if you pass.

Any chance you'd be interested in some 33's (same brand and offset)? I'd have to get rid of these tires first.

Huh? I thought you said you sold what you needed. No, don't need 33's. I am putting my 37" MTR's on and will be selling my stock Rubi tires and wheels as well.

I never thought about selling my tires. It was my hardtop that I sold. Was going to run these until i saw your post.

I hate to pass up on this deal because I really want them. Timing is really the biggest problem because a lot of money is getting tied up with my regear, lockers, and an sPOD.

I'm in Clarksville and love these tires. Would have to find 17" wheels to replace my 15"s MTs but I can make the drive to Nashville this weekend if they are still available.

Any chance you're looking to get rid of the wheels as well?

Michael,

I shot you a PM with my phone number earlier today. Are you selling the stock wheels to fit the tires? I can pick up a set of 17's if necessary. Shoot me a text anytime, I'm in Clarksville and will be around all weekend and Monday as well.

Thanks

Zack

Also, want to make sure I can run these tires on my TJ before I purchase them

2006 Rubicon with the 4.0L and 4.88 gears
4" Rough Country X-Series lift
Cut my stock fenders flat so there is plenty of clearance.

I imagine I will have to do some cutting to avoid rubbing, but can I run these tires, or are 35's more what I am looking for?

Thanks

Zack

Lots of nibbles, and last minute back outs before driving to come get them (lot of wives "nixing" the deal it seems)......... no bite yet, still available.
