Fuel Tank

After crawling this weekend i bent my tail pipe. I got out and it didnt look too bad, so i continued. Sometime after i must have hit it again and didn't realize it. I drove it home just fine not knowing my gas tank was being melted into by the pipe that was now up against it. The next morning i noticed and i had to call into work. Being my DD i changed out of my work clothes and began hammering and prying on the pipe. once it was off i saw corner of the tank was almost melted through. It still holds gas but it looks bad. Any suggestions? Other than park it until it is fixed. should i get a replacement plastic? fuel cell? patch it? Im not sure of the tank size but i never fit more than 12 gallons in it.

Thanks,
99 Tj
