JK 6 speed NSG370 transmission

$1100 OBO, flexible on price...

I have a 6 speed NSG-360 manual transmission pulled out of a 2008 Jeep JK wrangler. I believe it possibly fits the liberty and possibly other vehicles also. I mistakenly bought it out of a wrecked JK that had been hit hard in the front. No damage appeared to have happened to the mid section and I've got no reason to believe the transmission had anything wrong with it. The vehicle was believed to have around 35K on it at the time of the accident. I bought it to swap into my Jeep wrangler TJ after reading numerous writeups on how straight forward and easy the swap is. Unfortunately after I had my transmission out it became obvious it wasn't going to fit. Turns out there's 2 different NSG-370 transmissions. One fits the older 4.0 motor that I have and the other fits the newer 3.8L V6 or whatever it is that comes in the new jeeps. Unfortunately for me that's the transmission I have. I'm just trying to recoup my investment in it. I'm a bit flexible on the price and being that I made the mistake not doing enough research I realize it may cost me a bit. The transmission does not have the top shifter plate but other then that it's all there. Someone had already taken that part but there was a rubber sheet ziptied around the opening to keep dirt and debris out of it. It's spotless inside from what I can tell. I can email pictures if interested or come check it out in person. It's sitting on the floor of my garage. I'd rather not ship cause of it's size but if I buyer contacts me from out of town and is willing to pay shipping we can talk.

Thanks

Big price change... Please see my new ad. I didn't see how or where I could just edit this one.
