Low mileage 99' TJ (lockers, 36's, LA's) Pinckney, MI

Bought this TJ a little over a year ago with already low miles and havent had a chance to drive it very often although I have done a ton of work to it. Im about to finish college and I simply cant afford to keep it anymore since the bills are really rollin in now. I need the money very bad. Dropped a lot of time and money into this thing and it does amazingly well off road. I have walked this jeep straight up a brick wall on multipe occasions. I dont need to drive much but this has also been my dd and it does perfectly fine going 65 down the highway too. Around town is ok too but the beadlocks arent balanced so you get a little bit of bounce but its not bad enough to really make a difference. Some bb's thrown inside the wheels would fix that right up but I just dont have the time to do anything but concentrate on class right now. This will make someone an awesome dd/trail rig. Im looking to get $11,500 obo on it and feel free to make offers, worst I can say is no. I just need cash soon or Im gonna be in some real trouble. Specs:

-4.0L with 57K miles (original motor) very well taken care of

-AW4 trans from a cherokee with new heavy duty tranny cooler (swapped by previous owner so I cant specify mileage but it shifts very well and works great)

-np231 with a advance adapeters stand alone shifter bracket and linkeage and a ss sye

-custom front and rear driveshafts (rear is tom woods, cant remember front)

-2003 black hardtop with defrost, washer fluid, and wiper (needs hooked up)

-KOZ rocker guards w/ side step

-36" tsl sx tires on great lake offroad custom 16.5"x10" steel double beadlock rims (easily 85-90% tread, although, outter lugs are pretty chewn from the guy I got them from who ran them on a bronco with cut fenders and just let the outter lugs get cut but the center and inner are perfect) no plugs, patches, boots, etc at all. Hold air perfectly fine and have had them aired down to 3 psi regularly while off road

-Ford high pinion dana 44 front axle w/ ruffstuff dif. cover, brand new 4.88 r&p, Detroit locker, warn lockouts, new inner axle seals, full truss, brand new pads and rotors, knuckles flat topped and drilled/tapped for high steer, ballisitic fab coil/ca/shock mount brackets with coil traps (entire axle is basically brand new with no more than 650-700 miles on everything, just got gears all worn in together, also have spar long inner and stub)

-Ford 9" big bearing rear axle shaved and armored, trussed, strange industries nodular iron 3rd member, daytona pinion support, brand new 4.88 r&p, brand new Detroit locker, brand new wheel bearings/seals, brand new calipers, rotors, pads, welded on caliper brackets, new 1310 yoke, new brake lines, coil traps (axles were swapped at the same time so this one is also obvisiouly bacsically brand spankin new, just about everything that could possibly be replaced was)

-full traction long arm lift that has been modified (rear is now a triangulated 4-link with custom uppers that use heims at both ends, front is a 3-link using all the stock arms, old man emu shocks all around, 3" teraflex coils, front ACOS, 1" energy suspension bl)

-flush mount LED tail lights

-modified stock rear bumper (angled and caped ends, 2 additonal frame tie-in's, welded in hi-lift mounts

-CJ tailgate conversion with custom locking tailgate latch

-delta head light conversion with H4 xenon bulbs

-new red/black neoprene seat covers (seatglovers I think is the brand)

-cobra cb radio (has antenna mount but doesnt come with an antenna)

-completley herculined tub floor

-custom front bumper/cross member/winch mount (grill hoop tied into stinger that are bolt on via 10 bolts, old front cross member has been removed and replaced by a fully welded in warn winch cradle that is sunken flush with the bottom of the frame rails and accepts a warn 8274 winch, this was done so the height of that winch would not get in the way of the grill and thus block air flow to the radiator. Other winches would also work if the 4.5"x10" bolt pattern was simply drilled into the bottom of the cradle)

-J20 steering box (no problem at all to turn the 36's on the rocks)

-Relocated gas tank with custom built firewall/storage rack thing and bolted down tank straps (the gas tank was relocated into the back of the jeep in place of the rear seat, a custom firewall was built around it that also incorporates a shackle hanger, perforated steel storage box for straps and such, a tool box holder with tie downs, a new permanent fuel filler bracket/mount, and the front is removable for access to the gas tank. There is also tons of room on the top still to store just about anything you need. The stock fuel filler hole on the tub has been patched with a panel, sanded, primed, and painted to be flush with the rest of the tub. Rear seat and seat belts and stock fuel filler brackt thing will also be included incase new owner wants to put rear seat in at some point. Rear seat has seat cover to match front seats)

-flow master hushpower muffler and no cat

-throttle body bored to 62mm

-sound bar with light, aftermarket head unit/cd player

-tie rod flipped to top of knuckle and draglink runs from KOZ hi-steer arm to pitman arm (both links are made from 1.250 by .250" wall DOM with 3/4" heims at both ends and all grade 8 hardware

-welded in hd trac bar frame mount and a rubicon express heavy duty trac bar

If I can think of anything else I will mention it later. This is a great rig that will go anywhere on the trail but you can still drive it home at the end of the day.

Sorry the axles are a bit dirty but I live down a dirt road and its really hard to keep this stuff perfectly clean everyday. Also, when I bought it the po did not have a center console in there and I just never got around to putting one in. As you can see though, interior is very clean and I have that CB mounted on driver side under dash. Any other questions let me know.
