NC here. Need either HD 3" Front Springs or 4" Front & Rear. Used 35's?

I currently have some wimpy Rusty's 3" ROR300's that can't hold up my front end. I have a winch and heavy bumper. I either want some front 3" heavy duty springs or a heavy duty set of front and rear 4" springs.

Also, I am always looking for good used sets of 35's for 15 inch rims.
