Sad day....The YJ's gotta go :(

Well, the time has finally come to let go of my toy
Up for sale is my 1995 Wrangler Rio Grande edition, 4cyl, 4x4 with 112K miles. I have loved every second I've spent in this wrangler, but with 1st baby on the way, it's time to get something bigger and more spacious/practical.

First off, you should know that I have no top for this wrangler. When i bought it, it came with a soft top which i threw out the next day, so needless to say, this wrangler is pretty much just a toy for me, it was never my daily driver. I've never driven it in snow or rain (pathetic i know) but the only times i used it was to bring my mountain bike or kayak when i went kayaking or mountain biking, and every once in a while on a nice sunny day i would take it out. other than that, it just sits in the corner of my garage with a car cover over it.

This wrangler is very clean with very minimal surface rust underneath. the tub is POR-15ed and bed-lined inside and out. i took all the carpet out, but i still have them if buyer wants. they could use a wash though, I usually take them to the local coin wash to wash them.

The wrangler has half doors on it but i do have the original set of full doors if you want them. one of the doors needs an exterior handle and the little triangle glass.

I had the clutch replaced less than 1500 miles ago...that was $1000!!

Tires are 95% all the way around, spare is 100%.

Black grill and headlight inserts, and blacked out front turn signals and side markers.

Tail lights have been converted to LED...very bright!

Running boards.

Dash lights converted to LED (red)

#1 pool ball shifter...real pool ball!! (thx Phillies4752)

Has a pioneer MP3 player that is Ipod and flash drive compatible. you can hook your Ipod to it using the white Ipod cord and have full control of the Ipod from the radio's remote. Same with a flash drive.

VDP 6 speaker soundbar with dome lights.

Locking center console with 4 cup holders (2 front, 2 back) and a 6 can cooler. keep in mind that the cooler does not cool warm drinks but keeps your cans cool for a couple hours.

Pioneer 12 inch sub and 400 watt amp for some extra bass....no matter how windy it is the music sounds great!

3rd brake light replaced with an LED, programmable scrolling message board (see pic).... Very cool!! I always get questions and compliments on it! This has a red switch next to the rear defroster switch to turn it on and off. keep in mind that this may be illegal in your state while you are moving. here in MN i can have it on only when the vehicle is stationary.

The YJ runs great with no smoke, leaks or burns. all maintenance is up to date.

I have a new radiator ordered which i will include in the sale. there are no coolant leaks or anything, it's just that the radiator looks a bit old, and i would rather be safe than Sorry, so i was planning to have it replaced...it will go with the YJ.

I am sure i have forgotten some things, so feel free to email/call/text me at 763-486-3796 with any questions......Asking $5000.

And dare i say that i would be interested in trading for a Toyota 4runner
that's what the wife wants so i will go ahead and pass any nasty comments to her looking for a 3rd gen 4runner. so if by any miracle someone here has a clean one and is looking to trade....let me know!
