Do you have a guess as to what shipping would be to 74055?

For the sliders, I'd estimate $75.

In the picture I'm seeing 2 rows of six bolts. Do all 12 of those go through the tub or is it just the top row?

The rear-most bolts attach with nutserts in the tub since you can't get to the other side. The next three rows go through the tub, which is sandwiched between the rocker guard and a 3/8" thick aluminum backing plate you can see here:

The next row uses nutserts and the front-most row go through my fenders. They are as stout as you can possibly get. They are pending so if you want them, I'll let them go for $350 + shipping.
