I'm guessing the 9" TJ width? Is it just a custom build?

the springs look pristine except the marks getting them in/out. I only had them in long enough to measure ride hgt, they gave me too much lift (4 in) for my tj (mine is pretty stripped down) . I bought them from a guy that took them out to install a higher lift. it did not sound like he had them long.

Re 3.5 RE springs. Sorry, I answered the wrong question. I had them in about 6 months. I only took them out because the lift was more than I wanted. (my tj is much lighter than what they are calibrated for)

Re: what is needed for a lift

Something that will definitely be necessary is a longer set of shocks. Lots of debate here, sufice it to say some shocks are stiffer than others. Some people like a stiff ride, other softer. softer will give good flex but less stability on turns and off camber. Also, you will need to increase the sway bar links in front and rear. As I do alot of crawling, and disconnect the front sway bars regulary (to reap the benefit of greatly increased articulation), I never installed the front solid sway bar links, I bought jk disconnects. but I did install the rear links. so the lift only includes one axle set (The front and rear sway bar links look to be identical)

The rest is dependant on a number of things. Weight was the problem in my case. I did not have any weight adding options on my TJ, no ps, ac, 6cyl at etc.... Because of that, the lift height was higher than than the lift was calibrated for. This caused issues with drive shaft vibe and shifted diffs.

For the DS vibe I needed to put adjustable lower control arms in the rear to allow me to change the rear drive shaft angle to minimize them. For the axle shift (which caused me to squab down the road) was fixed with front and rear adjustable track rods to center them both back.

You also might need to increase the bumpstops in the springs. In my case, I installed them for safety sake but I have yet to notice any bottoming, your experience may differ. As I left them in, they are not included the lift I am offering.

re: How much for the RE springs

I'll take $75 for just the springs, $25 for the rest of the lift (includes the xcase drop and the front extended sway bar links). I'll pack it up, You pay the shipping (i 'll get you an estimate if you need it, i imagine around $20-30). If you need it, i'll dig out the instructions and send a copy as well.

re: 4banger request for rancho springs

yes the rancho springs are still avail, $100 for all (springs, xcase drop, rear track rod brkt, rear sway bar links), $60 for springs alone. Sorry it took so long, i overlooked your post. several others have pvt messaged me about them. FYI, the shipping to the 2 zip codes i checked is $36.
