Shims

I installed 2" add-a-leafs and 3/4" shackles and need to add shims to the rear of a yj, but the centering bolt heads are not long enough to go thru the shim and reach the plate. What do i need for this?

I would post this question in the tech forum and not here. You will probably get more replies.
