TJ Hard top for sale (VA)

I'm selling the factory hard top that came on my 2006 Wrangler. It is black with tinted windows, rear defrost, sprayer, and windshield wiper. In my quadratec catalog the factory Mopar replacement is $1849.99, and a bestop hard top is $1799.99. I'm looking for $1000, located in Northern Virginia

Should. I haven't heard of any changes other than interior cosmetic stuff in '03, but the top should be the same.

Yes it will fit an 03. They changed the header on the tops starting in 2003. The ones that wouldn't work for you are 02 and older.

Sorry I haven't been around guys, I subscribed to this thread but I haven't gotten any email updates. I've been told the top will fit all years of the TJ and the only difference is this hard top is not vented behind the rear windows. I don't understand how or why because my header bar from my 01 will not fit on my 06, however in the quadratec catalog the mopar replacements fit 97 - 06 and are just like mine without the vents. I'd be happy to throw it on your jeep for a test fit. - Chris

There is also a locator pin on the bottom of the hardtop behind the "B" pillar that was not there until 2003. Other than that, it should fit all year TJs. (The pin can just be cut off to fit earlier models if I recall)

There is a plastic clip that lines up the holes when the top is put on, but it can be removed easily. I think that's what you're talking about. Good info - Chris
