wanting 19/59 or 18/59 springs with rubi shocks

Looking for a clean set of 19/59 springs and rubi shocks. I will settle for 18/59 since I believe the 19 front coils might be special order. Just wanted to eliminate the rake with the 19s. I live in Central Ca.
