I know some guys do conversion on the rears .
I have a posi out of a ford Ranger . I pulled it out because of a noise but the Ranger still has it after the swap.

410 gears

traded as is

I have a 97 wrangler and she needs allot,, so im open on the trade
I could use a 5 spoke rim, used soft top, front buckets, tow hitch a cheep winch or just a plate
its in lake hopatcong NJ 07849 I do travel up to PA a couple times a month

Did the 02 Rangers come with 7.5 or 8.8 rear? Is it 31 spline or 28?

I can see several reasons why nobody wants it. If it is a 8.8 it's the weak one with drum brakes, it's only 28 spline and the axle tubing is smaller than the infamous explorer/mountaineer 8.8. No much of a upgrade from a D35. If your gonna go through the hassle of swapping axles do the right one. Sorry that's just my opinion.
