33" would be ideal, but 32" would be fine as well if the rims are nice and could hold a 33" later.
Mostly interested in nicer rims. Ideally, the tires will have some life left on them. However, if they needed to be replaced in a year or two, that would be fine also.
I would also consider the reverse -- nice tires, not nice rims.
Mostly just looking to save some money and not have to buy brand new rims and tires.
