Talking YJ Hardtop & Storage Dolly... Black, Defroster, Wiper, Repainted, New Seals

Location: Staten Island, NY
Price: Hardtop $430 OBO, Storage Dolly $80 OBO...... Buy both for $475

Why am I selling?
I originally bought this top off of craigslist missing the entire rear hatch/window assembly... my intentions where to strip it down for spare parts to keep for my hardtop, but once I got it home and washed it down thoroughly I realized that it was in too good of shape to chop up and that I would rather fix it up and keep as a second top or see it go to a good home. I searched for more than 2 months to find a whole rear hatch assembly that was in excellent condition (cost over $250 not including travelling to PA to pick it up). Once I got that, I decided that even if I was to keep this for myself it needed to be repainted, have all the weather seals replaced, replace the mounting hardware, and be re-assembled. Once I finished with everything I realized that I have no need for two hard tops and I could use to money to go towards finishing building my jeep. I am only looking to recoup the money that I have laid out. The reason that the rear hatch is currently off is for two reasons: 1) I didnt want it to accidentally be broken while being stored in the garage, 2) if the top is transported in the back of a pickup it makes it 10x times easier and safer to move without risking damaging it... it can be reattached in under 5 minutes

Jeep Wrangler YJ BLACK on BLACK Hardtop from a 1994:

- This top will fit CJs and YJs... it will even fit a TJ if you trim off some of the lip where it mounts to the windshield frame (google it to see how people have done it)
- COMPLETELY REPAINED: spent over $60 in painting supplies and three days of cleaning, prepping, and painting.... the previous owner did a terrible job of painting it so I took 320 grit 3M automotive sandpaper and cleaned it thoroughly and then sanded down the entire top and sanded out any scratches, I then sprayed a thin coat of Rustoleum Truck Bed Liner for a texture/protective coat and then sprayed on 5-6 coats of Rustoleum Satin Black. On the inside I sprayed on 3 coats of Rustoleum Satin Black... THE TOP STILL RETAINS THE ORIGINAL FACTORY TEXTURE
- Excellent condition
- Comes with mounting hardware for hardtop to tub (do not have hardtop to windshield frame screws, they are just regular sheet metal screws and can be purchased at a hardware store a few blocks from my house for under $3 for stainless steel with washers)
- BRAND NEW WEATHER SEALS / STRIPPING: hardtop to windshield frame, windshield corner seals, hardtop to body tub seals on sides
- Recently replaced weather seals / stripping: side window seals & rear hatch weather stripping
- BRAND NEW Rear Wiper
- Factory Installed defroster... had some minor breaks in the defroster grid, had it repaired
- Rear Dome Light cover is BRAND NEW
- Comes with 3x Rear Lift Struts that still hold very good pressure
- There is one minor chip in the fiberglass on the front upper passenger side to windshield frame (shown in pics) from the 1st owner of the top, does not affect functionality or weather seals at all and cannot even see them when it is mounted on the jeep
- Since I've owned it, it has been stored indoors, covered, and on a storage dolly
