Yj post for intrest

I have a 94 yj with a 4.0 5 speed jeep. The jeep has 95k on it. It is mechanically sound and has nothing wrong with it. it has a four inch rough country lift and two inch shackle.. it came with a snorkel when i bought it and was only used for deer week in the woods, its my daily driver. I am wondering how much i could get for it. i recentlly had a child and its too rough a ride for her. I hate to get rid of it but what can ya doo..

Take it from someone that sold theirs and is now wanting it back...don't sell it. The kid will get used to it. You will be buying another one soon. That's what I am getting ready to do.

That's the kelly blue book. I guess add in whatever you think the mods are worth. Grats on the kid, and if the Jeep isn't right....the jeep isn't right. Nothin' wrong with that.

I sold mine when my wife had my son. He's 4 now and I bought a TJ over the summer. Its the only thing he wants to ride in now. If you can hold out for a year or so, your kid will be in a bigger car seat and have no problems riding in it. Congrats on the kid. Nice looking jeep.

Mods almost never add value, unless its an engine or something of that nature it won't do anything. But them prices seem about right. The jeep does look nice.

My daughter was 2 when I got my YJ. The baby seat fit fine in the back and the kid didn't mind the 'rough' ride. Now she's older and its no big deal. I'm glad I kept it. You will be too!

Don't sell it! It's like a moving man cave, a place to call your own. Trust me, I have 3 kids and my Jeep is my serenity. Take her out hunting when you have time and enjoy the ride.
