'00 TJ 4.0 L Check Engine Light

My '00 4.0 L check engine light was on a week ago, Auto Zone scanned it and it came back with a Throttle Position Sensor problem and a cylinder 1 misfire. Replaced the sensor and put all new spark plugs in. CEL back on again this afternoon, scan shows cylinder 1 misfire again! Do i need to replace the coil pack?? Any other ideas? Thanks.

No Wires, It's got that big coil pack with the boots attached to it.

That happened to me awhile back and I replaced the coil pack. This took care of the misfire code.
