'03 TJ sahara slight thump sound

Hey guys. Still the new guy and somewhat new to the Jeep community. Anyway I bought a 2003 TJ sahara, and it has some aftermarket aluminum wheels and tires (31"). Its a 5 speed and i notice in 1rst or reverse it sometimes make a thump or pop out of the rear passenger side wheel area. I have checked for slack in the driveline and its all tight and clean. Ive tried to look for anything noticeable in the suspension and cant find anything. Maybe a wheel bearing or loose hub/lug nut? What do you guys think?
