Angry 04 nightmare

Does anyone have any idea why my 04 Jeep liberty Goes through front wheel bearings like they are going out of style ? Have had three sets in the last two years the most recently last week and now the one I had put in last sept. sounds to be shot again.

Larger tires? Lift kit? Overheating brakes? Poor quality bearings? Could be a lot of things. Any other info? Does the noise start on one side first, all the suspension bushings and such in good shape, et cetera...

I do have a size or two up in width on the tires ,(still 16 inch) but the pads , rotors ,and calipers were all replaced when the baring was replaced in sept. And its hard to tell which side the noise is coming from but when it goes to the shop its always one or the other. This last time the sound seems to be coming from the drivers side and that baring is a timkin and not even a aweek old soooooooooo im woundering if the noise could be coming from the from drive shaft. the back u joints are brand new but the front has cv joints which are none repairable . Need to relace the whole drive shaft but only if i can confirm that that is the problem. This whole car has been a night mare right from the start . Not what i had hoped for from a Jeep.( It only has about 75000 on it ) I have a 98 tj with well over 125000 miles on it and it hasn't had a fraction of the problems the Liberty has had .Hoping someone has had a similar problem and was able to pinpoint the noise . It's a low to moderate bearing noisethat gets quit loud at about 50 mph ...................

Well timkin bearings are usually pretty darn good. Could be the cv joint, but if the new bearing is only a week old, could it have been installed improperly or damaged in the box or something?

Just wondering, are YOU installing the wheel bearings or do you take it to a shop ???
Running in Sand ???? Fording Streams ????
Properly Installed Wheel Bearings should be trouble free for many miles ,unless you have a lot of wheel hanging out and adding extra load to the bearings.

My Daughter has a 04 Liberty, no wheel bearing problems (stock Tarz n wheels)... But she has had trouble with Bushings going out on the front Susp..
She has the dealer fix it and I think she's buying a few parts she doesn't need.
