08 Floor Carpet Prone to smell?

Had a torrential rainstorm here yesterday, that came in unexpectedly.

I was not home, and the 08 Wrangler got flooded.

I cleaned it out the best I could, but the horn won't work now, and I'm concerned about mold.

Is the floor carpeting in the 08's prone to mold and smell?????

Any other suggestions about the horn??? (I'm assuming some water got into the contact area on the steering wheel, but don't dare pull the plastic cover off the steering wheel to dry it off, since I don't know how the cover COMES off....
