IMO the #1 dumbest thing you can put on a Jeep is an undersized miss-matched spare. I always wonder what they think they're going to do with that donut when one of their 35" M/T's goes flat out in the back country.

Of course I also assume those guys have no idea what the back country is ...

Not to mention how rough it would be on the diff ...

It is a free country. You can put whatever floats your boat on your Jeep. That also means I can make fun of anyone that puts useless stupid crap on their Jeep.

regardless of what people think, its your jeep. do what ever you want to it.

Dude... that whole "Jeep thing"... nobody has to get it except you. Check out that siggy down there... it says a "Jeep thing" is RHD, and RHD IS a Jeep thing.

Diamond plate could be a jeep thing.
Tube bumpers could be a jeep thing.
Bumper stickers could be a jeep thing.
Colored flowers all over your jeep could be a jeep thing. For the record, I think those are the ugliest jeeps ever, but hey, that's somebody's jeep thing, and I can respect it. (if you don't know what I'm talking about, I'd recommend against googling... it's pretty graphic)

The only relevant thing I saw in that article was this statement...

"We own Jeeps and they're right, we don't understand."

I concur. And in addition to concurring... I wave!

I was thinking the same thing. I understand the position Kate has. It is your Jeep. You can do anything you want to it. But on the other hand, other Jeepers have the right to criticize it if they want to. I'm not saying that's fair or something I would do. But they have the right.

The article is just one man's opinion. Agree to disagree if you must.

The main point is that a donut spare is pointless no matter where you are ... parking behind Macy's or the middle of Australia, it doesn't matter. When you get a flat (not if, but when) you can't use it without destroying your diff. That makes it pretty dumb IMO.

I'd wheel it!
Right after I had it neutered, and before the stiches healed!

My biggest problems with the green jeep is the A pillar mounted rollcage(if you're gonna spend that much on a Jeep...why go that route with the cage), and the testicles. My nuts are big enough My jeep doesn't need any.

Not sure I like the shock mounting. I think there are better options. also don't like my springs being unseated.

My Jeep has a little Chrome on it. Bought it used so I don't know if the chrome was stock or added on. Chroe bezels around the headlights. Chrome around the grill vents. I don't hate it, but I would not choose it if it were up to me

Stingers on daily drivers
Snorkels on anything
Renegade flares on those poor YJs
Chrome ( I know they already said it, I just wanted to reiterate)
Bull balls hanging off your hitch. (Go drink some Draino and play in the street)
Nascar accessories. ANY Nascar accessories. (We get it, you're a hillbilly. Move on.)
Light bars (Cool in the 80's-90's....not now)
Tube Bumpers (see above)
Chrome (Yes, again)
What's wrong with tube bumpers? I'm actually thinking about putting tube bumpers on my JK becuase you never see them anymore and I like how they are a little more retro and I do like the look a lot. I don't know personal opinion I guess and to each their own.
