1991 Jeep

So i am looking for a jeep and i found a nice red 1991, 4x4, new wheels for 3 and a half grand.. is this a good deal to you guys or should i go lower

You'd need to post pictures and a complete description of any mods, damage, wear and tear.
$3500 could be a great deal or a crappy deal.

ya more info. 91-95 are probably the most desirable yj years. if it isn't rusted out you'll probably get a good deal.
