Smile 1994 Jeep Wrangler HELP..

I have 94 Wrangler 4.0.. My questions are these.
1. My temp gauge shows that my Jeep its over heating heating the red mark..But it is not overheating at all. i think that I need a new sensor and thsi is the question where is it locate it at?

2. As I drive my Jeep I hear like meta grinding.. It comes when I am moving or making a turn.. This Jeep has 191,000 miles and nothing major has been replace.. except the clutch since I need some work done on the transmission

Any help would be welcome..

Thanks,

temp gauge sensor is located in the front of the engine at the water neck

sounds like it could need brakes

BTW Welcome to the forum

Is it grinding or more of a clicking? Cuz click is your joints but grind could be a couple things.

Ibuildembig - thanks for the info I will try to see if I can find it.. I'm new at this.. And thanks for the welcome.

Logdog - it is more of a grinding noise. you hear when I take off from a stop or if i am turning or backing up..

tylers - what exactly do you mean by the greese on the rear end?

Thanks all for the help..
