1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ half-door torque screws

Can anyone tell me what size of torque bit you need to remove the torque screws on the door hinges? Someone told me T-40 but I heard later I should use T-50?

I'll look at mine tomorrow and see what fits them correctly. There's nothing worse than striping a torx.
