200 or 250 Amp Alternator??? Dual Battery Winch Lights CB ETC

I have a 1993 YJ Jeep and need a new alternator...

Should I get a 200Amp or 250Amp Aftermarket Alternator?????

What do u recommend with the Mods I have done below:

My Current Setup:
2-Yellow Top Optima's Batteries
Painless Wiring 250AMP Dual Battery Control System
Made in USA #2 Gauge AWG Welding Cable Battery Cables
Led Rock Lights Underneath Jeep
30" LED Light Bar on Hood
12" LED Light Bar on Stinger Bar
6" LED Light Bar on Rear Bumper
Cobra CB Radio
Aftermarket Pioneer Stereo System With 6x9 and 5.25" Speakers
& Planning on Installing 12,000 lbs Winch soon!!!!

Any and All Help Appreciated, Thanks

I'd say 200 should do it just fine.

By the way, although it doesn't really hurt to have more, a 12,000 lb winch is kind of excessive for a small YJ. The standard is 8000lb. Don't know how much more a 12k winch would draw from the system over an 8k winch.

the more amps an alternator puts out,the more heat in generates..many times high amp alternators use standard cases so they don't have the ability to dissipate the heat which shortens their life

I am not necessarily saying that. If I wanted an alternator that was putting out much over stock amps,I would want an alternator that was built specifically to put out all those amps and to dissipate that extra heat. Not just a stock alternator that was jacked up
