2001 Jeep

Im going to look at a 2001 Jeep Sahara 6 cylinder with auto. Is there anything specific to to this model that I need to look for?

0331 cylinder head prone to cracking typically after 100K.

well the bad years for that head were 00-01, maybe 2002.. A copper deficency or something like that.. the head was used after 02 but they fixed the problem with it.. It's not a that it's going to happen issue... it's a might happen issue.. pretty much if you over heat the engine is when the problem aries.. I wouldn't let it keep you from buying the 2001.. just something to look out for casue it's not a cheap fix..
