Hey everyone it's my first post on here and I needed to know if I should buy my first jeep or not. 02 wrangler with 119k miles. Lifted with 33" tires. Don't really know all the details but it looks pretty clean and well maintained. It's my friends and he would sell it to me for $8000. Good or bad idea??

am going to become a first time father and need to sell my 2002 Wrangler. It's been the most fun and reliable vehicle I've ever owned. Can you all help me ballpark how much it's worth please?
It's Shale Green / Grey Interior / Dark Grey Hardtop & BestTop aftermarket Dark Grey SoftTop with all of the hardware
4.0L Sport Inline 6 Manual. 146,808 miles, one owner, no accidents, never offroaded, original clutch, a few dings around the bumpers and edges, some small rust. A mechanic friend has kept it in sound all these years with routine mantience. BF Goodrich Tires. I still have the AM/FM Casette player in a box. I replaced it with a single disc player stereo that gets SiriusXM
KBB is said it was worth around $8,200. I know Jeeps keep their value well, other people think that's way too high. What's a realistic asking price?
Any help is welcome.

I know in Oregon, KBB says an 02 wrangler is worth about $9500 in fair condition. Craigslists cheapest over here is around $11500. Just gotta ask best offer and see what people offer you.
