2004 Grand Cherokee 4.0 overheating

Not losing water but overheating. New clutch fan, new radiator, and new hoses. Heater core appears to be stopped up as well. Going to flush tomorrow or next day. Question is, do you guys think it could be the water pump not moving the coolant adequately? I've had pumps start leaking as we as having the bearings go out but I've never had one appear to be fine but not work well. Your thoughts?

Bypass the heater core and check the weep hole for leaks.

Not leaking but the heater core is stopped up. Tried flushing with water but no luck. Going to get some prestone flush when I get a chance.
