I can't take credit for the post. Greg was having trouble on his end so I copied it from another forum and posted it here for him.

If any of you guys can make a Texas Jeep Jam the Texas Spur is the one. It has a little bit of everthing from easy to extreme and the scenery is beautiful too. The only bad thing about the Texas Spur is it sells out extremely fast. If you're interested in signing up you'll need to do it on December 1st. If you wait a day too long you'll miss out as this one is the fastest selling Jeep Jam they offer.

Oh, and yes, it IS worth every penny. There are a few other WF'ers that can vouch for that.

Thanks, 4Jeepn!! That is what I was trying to find out, and is what I had heard from some local guys. I run 42" tires, so I guess that shuts me out. I was thinking of going to Llano, TX., as that is very simular to Katemcy. Always looking for new places, fairly close.

You're going to love it. And for any other Texas members try to make this Jamboree. It's is a blast and has a little bit of everything. Greg's (jeeptales) article in Jeep Freek is dead on and gives you a really good idea of what this Jamboree is like.

Keep in mind that Llano is about as central as you can get here in Texas. It shouldn't be more than a 4 or 5 hour trip for anyone traveling withing the state unless you're in El Paso.
