Default 2008 Jeep Wrangler

"Chrysler will debut eight ultra-customized Chrysler, JeepĀ® and Dodge vehicles at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) trade show, the annual showcase of technology, trends and products representing the $36.7 billion automotive parts and accessories industry."

This is from a new review on 2008 Jeep Wrangler All-access, from Top Speed. It includes info on the design, safety and performance of the model, as well as other features. Also available is a wallpaper / photo gallery.

The best thing I have heard from SEMA thus far is that Mopar will be selling a 4.5" LONG ARM kit in the very near future. It will be a rebranded Rubicon Express kit and will be covered under the warranty.

As for the pictured Jeep, I think it is overkill. It is a Sahara with extra interior paint and a winch that will probably never be used by most of those purchasing it.

Saw that Wrangler in the Mopar power tunnel at SEMA. Love the paint color. It is not a paint color option right now. I think they called it ICE Blue or something. And that bumper was very hurriedly thrown together for the show. Welds looked bad and the pieces didn't even fit together very well.

That should be alarming.. since that bumper looks exactly like the existing Mopar off-road bumper listing for $794.99.

They look like stock mirrors, only painted. Jeep will probably only move the mirrors when they can figure out how to keep them within the eyesight of the driver but not have the door open up and hit them. Most of the relocation brackets for the JK make the passenger mirror 90% obsolete. Yet if it was moved forward, the door would hit it when opened.
