Looks like a Survivor edition. Right down to the immunity idol on the hood.

I think the black one would look cool!
What gear ratio will be standard with those 32 inch tires though

No clue. The Allpar article doesn't say. Only color available is Surf Blue. Looks sexy in my book. I saw the idol and thought of that Brady Bunch episode where they were on vacation in Hawaii.

Article says the package includes painted black wheels and tubular side steps, but neither are shown in the pics.

Mine came with a 3.21 rear Axel ratio. But online you can order a 3.7 .

I'm not liking the new logos they are putting on these islander and mountain editions...looks too much like hotwheels for me. I do like the color of the islander though and the different color grill on the mountain Ed. I've seen a few people on here that have bedlinered their grills for a two tone look. It's sweet but with my patriot blue I don't think it would pop enough...maybe when my grill gets beat up I'll try it.

Same here, logos just aren't doing it for me.

But if they came out with the Golden Eagle edition again, I'd be all over that.

Yea not really liking it, seems a little too feminine, but maybe that's what the target market is

Are you nuts? . . . if they charge 1800 bucks for a sticker and a different color fabric or stitching . . . this off road package you describe with offroad lights, recovery gear, etc, would be at least an extra 5-10K Then again, some moron would pay so maybe you're right

No you do see . . . that's pretty much it . . . well don't forget the bigger price tag!!! I guess if I really fell in love with the blue color, I could see forking over the extra cash . . . I must admit . . . I do like the way the interior looks.

Yea no doubt the price would be jacked up but I'm sure they would get buyers who wanted their jeep this way right off the lot.

No offense to the person who just bought one, but I finally saw one of these in person today at a dealer in Laurel and it is much worse looking in person! It was surf blue. I'm not a fan of the surf blue to begin with, but this was horroble looking IMO.
