2012 Rubi stock tires to taller but more narrow...CLEAR?

If I am correct, the stock tire WIDTH is 10.5". Please, please, please correct me if I am wrong.

With this as my assumption (yes, I know), AND knowing that the stock tires/rims do not rub at full turn or full stuff while disco'd.....

Do you think OR has someone already swapped these out for 33X9.5's???

AND since they are more narrow than the stock, do you think a 33X9.5 would clear at Full/Full?

I do not want this thread going into narrow vs wide. I already have my opinion on this topic.

THANKS in advance for any help.

I believe so.

So you want to run 33x9.5's to get away with running spacers or new wheels?

I believe it would work.

Most 33's are what 11.5. And is why less BS is needed.

Not the reason for wanting the 9.5's....Thanks for input. It seemed to make sense to me but I am far from knowledgeable when it comes to the tire size issue.

The stock 255/75R17's are just over 10" wide and just over 32" tall, so your choice will work, seeing how most 33's are actually more like 32" or 32.5" tall, but every tire is different. Any rubbing you might get, I am sure will be quite minimal, if any.

I too like skinny tires
