2012 wrangler 4 wheel drive

So I recently bought a 2012 sport wrangler and when i put it into 4 wheel drive it jerks or bucks back when i take sharp turns. Is this a problem that i should talk to the dealership about or is this some kind of working within the transmission that will smooth out?

You should read your owner's manual about how the 4WD works first.

The 4WD is not meant for pavement or continual hard surfaces. Driving on those surfaces with the transfer case in 4WD will cause damage to the drive train.

never put you jeep in 4x4 mode when on dry pavement

life is too short to be taken seriously all the time,,,, go buy a MR.potato head and have some fun.

The manual tells you the same thing. Many don't bother to look at the disc version, but if you call Chrysler they'll send you a hard copy version for free. 600+ pages so you can use it as a doorstop in a pinch. See the link below:
