Your problems are not going to be rubbing, Its going to be all the components that will be over stressed due to the bigger tire size. There is somewhat of a "threshold" between 33 and 35" tires.
Plan on fixing or upgrading..steering box, brakes, balljoints, tie rod, drag link, and you'll probably want to re-gear. I've been going through it all over the last 2 years myself.

All of this and it depends on what rearend you have... D35? Have you upgraded your brakes also? Fyi you should really ditch that 2" BL and drop down to a 1"-1.25"
