Exclamation 89 wrangler overheating

I have an 89 wrangler that just recently started overheating very quickly. I have so far: flushed the radiator and engine, changed the thermostat, fan clutch, and water pump, bypassed the heater core, did the block test (head gasket ok), I am at my wits end. I am not much of a mechanic but I can't think of what else to do. Please help
