dead short somewhere. If it doesn't blow immediately, but say when the jeep is driven I'd look at the harnesses first, to see if something got pinched or is rubbing on something.

This may sound like a silly question, but it because I am not familiar with your year model. Are you sure the 15 amp fuse is the correct size fuse to begin with?
I had a similar problem and replaced a couple of 10 amp fuses before I realized the previous owner had put a 10 amp where a 20 amp should go.
Just thought I would throw that out there before you pull anything apart.

Thank you guys for your support... but Wow...FINALLY i found the problem after few hours digging behind the panel and it wasnt there.
The 15 Amps fuse is in the right position, just those bunch of wires are connected to the gauges and few other things like seat belt, door light and buzzer, etc...
...Well... few days ago i replaced the old seat belt on the driver side and i didnt hook the little connector, so, that thing was HOT and just being loose under my seat was touching ground and made the short!
What a trail to find out under the sun!
