do you want side steps or rocker guards with an attached step? are you looking for a brand recommendation or style recommendation?

side steps are under the body and rocker guards bolt on below doors on rocker panel, much like factory running board, height that is!
It is up to you, are you a daily driver or off roadin fool? may help you with your decision!

tube side steps

square side steps

rocker guards with steps

rocker guards with steps

the side steps don't really provide much protection on the trail and can get ripped off. the rocker guards provide protection and can be used as a step, but they re usually bolted through the body and to the body mounts on the frame.
