97 tj clutch

I was having problems with the clutch disengaging so I replaced the slave cylinder and master cylinder but now I have no pedal and can't figure out how 2 bleed it. Where the bleeder is supposed 2 b it's just a plug and I can't get fluid out of it. Any help or advice would b awsome
