'98 Wrangler 4.0 wont start.... HELP!!

My jeep was sitting for over a year, I fired it up and drove it around after jumping it. I let it sit idling for about 10 minutes, I went inside the house and came back out and it was deas and now it wont start. When I first tried again today the battery was drained, I pulled and charged that and now it cranks, but wont start. It seems I am getting fuel pressure so that doesn't seem to be the problem. I replaced the spark plugs as well. Any suggestions??
