A question I've never seen addressed...

Spent the morning running errands around town. Without doors and half my top. After a while, I started riding with my foot like this:

Does anybody know of something I can install to better center my foot? Like a motorcycle foot peg? I can see me wearing the paint off if I can continue down this road.

Not looking for something for off-road, just something I can use while zipping around town. I have an auto, so my left foot isn't used.

Thanks

Yes most people use motorcycle foot pegs just as you mentioned.

Quadratec (and pretty much any other place), sells pegs for your feet. I'm actually working with a friend on making stirups with spurs on them! I think they are around $40 on Quadratec.

I made a set for a friend pf mine last year, all ya need is a piece or round stock and a piece of flat stock, make an "L' out of the round, leave about 2" above the hings and weld your flat bar onto the round stock so that the peg doesn't move around, not exactly a machine look and definitely not a prep look ( more down the line of redneck) but hey whatever works right? It IS a Jeep thing after all

Ok, I've spent 45 minutes on Q-tech looking. Obviously, I'm not using the right keyword. Can somebody point me in the right direction, please?

I always hang my leg out on the side step.
It's great a.c. for the nads when wearing shorts.

Just watch out for "big flying insects" that can go up your shorts...trust me, bumblebees suck bad as a crotch guest, to put it mildly...
