? About Half Door Grommets

Can the grommets in a TJ half door be adjusted to better hold the upper door frame? Just replaced my soft top and now the driver side upper isn't lining up perfectly with the door surround.

Did you put your knee on the interior of the door and grab the half top and bend it in? That is how you make an adjustment in some cases.

Sorry--been out the past few days enjoying the weather, not checking replies. I did bend the frames, which helped a little, but didn't solve the issue. Ended up messing with the grommets and that was the ticket.

Thanks for all the help! And InfernoGirl--we're all Jeep Girls at heart. Never had a friend who didn't end up loving zipping around town with the doors off and top down. Just might take them a while to learn a hat can be a girl's best friend!
