After 1 month of owning the TJ- fender bender reveals flaw...

Just got rear-ended tonight after having the TJ one month. Dude just saw the turn lane moving forward even though we still had red (in straight lane). Wife and I are good but geeeeezzzz- the seats headrests are so far back that I felt like we had our heads whip back way too far!! Anyone else notice this? My Jeep is a stock 04 SE.

He jacked up my rear bumper and pushed me into a van- might have bent the frame...we shall see...

At least we are OK.
