Aftermarket Fold and Tumble Rear Seat Mounting Hardware

I've got an old Steel Horse fold and tumble back seat. It is missing the rear striker plate to attach the rear of the seat to the floor. It is similiar in design to the Bestop and Rugged Ridge but I cannot find a source for this striker plate. Any ideas?
