alignment specs?

what should i have my caster aligned to? i'm running 32's right now on a RC 4" lift, plan on picking up 34's soon, i've seen from 5.0-5.5. any insight would be very helpful

2004 TJ - Aussie Locker front and rear, Rough Country 4" Series II lift, Cooper Discovery STT 33's, JKS Quick disconnects, CB Radio, Cragar Steel wheels, Atlas 9.5k winch, Hi-Lift Jack - F'n shipping to Alaska sucks!!!
